Here you can book your accommodation, manage or amend your booking and sign up to events happening in your halls.

Create a password

Once you have your Leeds Beckett Student ID you can create a password to access the portal so you can book accommodation. You will need to do this if you haven't logged into the accommodation portal previously. If you have already created a password for the accommodation portal you do not need to do this again and can log in with your existing details.

When can I book?

When you accept your offer to the University, you will receive an email advising you about accommodation. If your booking period has opened, this should be within 48 hours of accepting your offer at Leeds Beckett (if applying through UCAS please note Leeds Beckett needs to be your firm choice institution). If it hasn’t opened yet, we will email you within 48 hours of opening. Please see below for details on when the booking period opens for your course start date:

Starting September 2024: Bookings are now open. Look out for an email from us shortly, if eligible to apply.

Starting January 2024: Bookings are now open. Please email accommodation@leedsbeckett.ac.uk to book a room.

Please note if you are applying through UCAS, you must have accepted Leeds Beckett as your firm choice to book accommodation. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your login details after accepting your Leeds Beckett offer. Emails will only be sent when online bookings are open, please refer to the timings above for when this is for your course start date.
